Lock or Unlock User Account

Overview:  A user account can be locked which prevents them from being able to login to the platform.  This can happen in 2 ways:

  • A Club Admin manually blocks access to the account, or
  • Too many failed login attempts will trigger an account to be block

This is a useful security measure for your club and gives club admins ability to lock out an account if needed.


Steps to Lock or Unlock a User Account:

  1. Go to REPORTS > PEOPLE > Click on account

    NOTE:  You will notice a yellow flag under the profile picture if the account is currently BLOCKED

  2. Go to CHANGE PASSWORD (As a club admin you see more fields than the regular users)
  3. Go to STATUS, either change to BLOCKED or ACTIVE
  4. Click Save

That's it!


ACTIVE:  The user can log into their account

BLOCKED: The user will not have access to login to their account.
