USSS Validation Tool
Overview: Need to check the status of the club's USSS licenses. Ski Club Pro has implemented the latest USSS API look up for current season, background check, and SafeSport completion. You can simply run a CUSTOM REPORT and validates as many licenses in real-time as needed. No more time-consuming look ups on individuals to make sure your club is compliance. Check out below the various ways to pull and view this information.
Custom Report and Batch Validation
If you want to run a report on a group of individuals like a team or a discipline, you can just build a report, add the fields you want to see, and validate!
- Go to REPORTS > CUSTOM REPORTS
- Click CREATE NEW REPORT or EDIT and existing report
- Name the report, select the groups you want to view, and select the ROSTER FIELDS that you want to see.
- NOTE: You will need to to select these fields below to see on report
- Then, SAVE report and VIEW
- Once viewing the report, you can filter as needed, then either "Select All" or just the individuals you would like to check, then click Sync USSS License
- This will run a live check at USSS to confirm the status of these items. The validate is provided directly from USSS in real-time.
- You will see one of 3 statuses available: ACTIVE, INVALID, or NO DATA

View Individuals USSS Record
From the CUSTOM REPORT you can click on an individuals USSS license number and it will take you to a view of the information that that was pull and when the last time it was updated.
View and Refresh License from Profile Pages
From a user profile page where they have added their USSS license, you can click the "Refresh License" button and it will update the current individual. Also, during the profile review and account setup process, it will allow the participant or parent to add their number and it will validate on the spot. If they enter an incorrect number it will allow them to proceed without it and will let the user know that it is incorrect or does not exist in USSS members database.
