Managing & Editing Program Registrations

Overview:
There are a couple ways to edit your programs.  You go to Account > Register OR Manage > Registrations.  When editing program registration there are 2 parts: PROGRAM and PRODUCT. 

Editing

• PROGRAMS is the information that will be available AFTER registration.
• PRODUCT is all the information related to the purchasing aspect of the program, e.g. price, stock, option sets.

Look for the pencil icon to edit.

Publishing or Unpublishing

If you go to the Account > Register page you can see all the PRODUCTS.  If you edit the product and deselect the publish checkbox, you will see that the product is highlighted on the Account > Register page.

• Unpublished - These are only visible to club administrators, not the public.

  

• Publishing - This will make the PRODUCT available to public.
