Product Option Sets

Overview:
Option sets are used for program registration. They allow you to collect extra INFORMATION or ADD-ON FEES per registration product. If you set them up in advance the options will be available on the registration products page. Option sets can also be set up on the fly on the registration product pages and then will be available to all registration products in the future.

An option set field is a select list with the ability to create ADD-ON options that can affect the total cost or just be INFORMATIONAL. For example, you could add an option such as Rental Gear with options Skis, boots, and poles. This option could have an additional cost per item.

WARNING: If you REUSE an option set and change the values, it will change it for ALL the registration products that are attached to it. If you need an option set that is similar but the VALUES are DIFFERENT, you should DUPLICATE the option set.
