Sending Email

When sending email as a STAFF or CLUB ADMIN, you will automatically get a copy of the email.  Also, if anyone replies to the email your account email will be the recipient of the "reply to".  Emails are sent one to one, so it does not expose other people's email and if someone has an email that is in more than one list, will be deduplicated and the won't receive multiple emails of the same email.

  1. Go to Communication > Email OR Team > Program > Send Email
    NOTE: If you get to the email page via the Teams page, then it will pre-fill the group with the respective program.
  2. Select all groups to send email to.  This is multi-select option.
  3. Add a SUBJECT
  4. Add your MESSAGE text using the editor and tool bar.
    NOTE: if you want to have links, you can just add the full link path in here and it will dynamically be a link once sent.
  5. By default, the "Send message to household adults".
  6. Select who in the group should receive the email.
  7. Add any additional emails (comma separated) to add those who are not in the system that may need to receive the email.
  8. Click SEND
