Activate a Waiting List on Program Product

Overview:
The waiting list tool allow you to compile a list of potential participants that have requested to spot on a specific program that has closed due to the set capacity.  If you would like to use this feature, you must first activate a program to have a waiting list enabled.  This give you the ability to only have certain programs with waiting lists.

To enable a PROGRAM with a WAITING LIST:

  1. Create or Edit the PRODUCT
  2. Check the box ACTIVATE A WAITING LIST FOR THIS PROGRAM
