Manage Program and Product Status
For each PROGRAM created it is made up of two parts: Program (group) and Product (item).
- The “Program” is the group that contains the roster and team info pages.
- The “Product” is the purchasable item that is connected to the program.
This allows you to have various configurations for programs during the lifecycle of a season.
The 3 statuses are:
Status | Description | Program | Product |
ACTIVE | The PROGRAM and PRODUCT is open for registration and rosters/team info pages are accessible to staff and participants. | Active |

UNPUBLISHED | The PRODUCT is inactive so the registration is either:

ARCHIVED | The PROGRAM and PRODUCT are done for the season. | Inactive |

To manage these statuses:
- Go to MANAGE > REGISTRATIONS
- Click on the DISCIPLINE that the program is under
- Toggle the checkboxes as needed
- Click Save
NOTE: The checkboxes will not stick unless you click the SAVE button at bottom of the page.
