Manage Program and Product Status

For each PROGRAM created it is made up of two parts: Program (group) and Product (item). 

  • The “Program” is the group that contains the roster and team info pages. 
  • The “Product” is the purchasable item that is connected to the program.

This allows you to have various configurations for programs during the lifecycle of a season.


The 3 statuses are:

Status Description Program Product
ACTIVE The PROGRAM and PRODUCT is open for registration and rosters/team info pages are accessible to staff and participants.

UNPUBLISHED

The PRODUCT is inactive so the registration is either:

  • Not open to public for registration yet (pre-registration)
  • Closed for registration, e.g. out of stock, andhidden from registration page (post-registration)

ARCHIVED The PROGRAM and PRODUCT are done for the season.

To manage these statuses:

  1. Go to MANAGE > REGISTRATIONS
  2. Click on the DISCIPLINE that the program is under
  3. Toggle the checkboxes as needed
  4. Click Save

NOTE: The checkboxes will not stick unless you click the SAVE button at bottom of the page.
