Adding Multiple Staff to a Single Program/Team
When adding multiple staff to a single program or team, follow these steps:
- Go to REPORTS > STAFF
- Select the checkbox for the STAFF members that need to be added to a SPECIFIC TEAM
- Click ADD TO PROGRAM/TEAM button
- Select the PROGRAM/TEAM that you want to add the STAFF
- NOTE: This is a hierarchical list and the specific team needs to be selected. Adding to a Discipline will NOT add them automatically to all the programs within a discipline.
- Check the box "These new members are Staff/Coaches for this group"
- Click APPLY
