Copy a Registration to Subteam or Another Program

If you need to add a participant to a subteam or move them entirely to another program, you can use this feature and it will copy all the current registration information and options to the subteam or program.

1. Go to, REPORTS > TEAMS
   1. Select the PROGRAM with the registrants that need to be copied.
2. Use the checkboxes on the left column to select ALL REGISTRATIONS that need to be copied
3. Click button, COPY TO PROGRAM/TEAM
4. Select the PROGRAM OR SUBTEAM you want to move them to
   1. If a STAFF member, you can check to box to give them the STAFF role. Otherwise, leave blank for PARTICIPANTS.
5. Go to the ROSTER of the PROGRAM/TEAM that you move them to and confirm they are there.

That's it!

NOTE: This will NOT remove them from the program you started with, so if they need to be removed, you need to take that step.  If you are moving them to a SUBTEAM, you should leave them on the primary program you copied them from.
