How to Whitelist your email to ensure you see it
If you find that emails are showing up in your spam folder, you should consider "whitelisting" the Ski Club Pro sending email address (notifications@skiclubpro.com) to ensure that you get the team communication emails in your Inbox. Below are a few common email providers and how you can whitelist emails.
Gmail (Google)
- Login to Gmail, click on the gear icon and select "Settings"
- Select "Filters and blocked addresses"
- Scroll past all your existing filters and select "Create a new filter"
- Add the email address that you want to whitelist to the "From" field. Here we added notifications@skiclubpro.com to make sure that we never miss a team communication email.
- Check the "Never send to spam" box and click "Create Filter".
The email address will now be whitelisted!
Outlook (Microsoft)
- Click the gear icon in Outlook and select "View all Outlook settings."
- Select "Mail" from the settings menu.
- Choose "Junk email" from the submenu.
- Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains."
- Enter the email address notifications@skiclubpro.com that you want to be whitelisted.
- Choose "Save."
Yahoo
- Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
- Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings.”
- Select “Filters” and hit “Add” to enter the email you’d like to whitelist.
- Name the filter and add the email address, notifications@skiclubpro.com
- Select to send all mail to “Inbox.”
- "Save" your settings.
AOL
- Log in to your AOL account.
- Open “Contacts” from the left navigation pane.
- Click the “New Contact” icon and add the email address, notifications@skiclubpro.com
- Click the “Add Contact” button and you’re set.
