Archiving Disciplines

When creating a new season and closing down a previous year, you might want to archive the entire season or disciplines within a season.

To archive a discipline:

1. Go to MANAGE > REGISTRATIONS
2. Click on the "Season: [Year}" above the list of disciplines
3. Edit the DISCIPLINE

4. Uncheck the PUBLISH box and save.

   NOTE: By selecting this action, it will automatically archive all the programs and products within that discipline for that season. You content and rosters will still exist, but will be archived.

   1. WARNING: By unpublishing this DISCIPLINE you will automatically ARCHIVE ALL PROGRAMS within this group. This can not be reversed and each program will need to be republished to be active.
5. Once saved, the discipline will be marked as "Unpublished" and will be removed from the search menu on the Registration page.
