Contextual Order & Payment Reports
In several interfaces we have added better reporting to view the orders, payment plan statuses, and payments/refunds applied for both club administrators and household users. Additionally, you can now view payments within an order.
As a household:
On Dashboard Payment Plan Panel:
The account holder can see more clear picture on payment plans, payments, and order details. And there is a link to VIEW FULL PAYMENT PLAN HISTORY.
On Dashboard Order Panel:
The account holder can:
- PAY NOW on open invoices
- View all payments statuses on a specific order
- View FULL PAYMENT HISTORY across all orders
As a Club Admin:
In addition to the more clear order and payment histories, we've added some additional contextual links to allow you to:
- Access a Users Order History from their ACCOUNT page.
- Quick link to manage payments from orders, to issue refunds.
On User Account page:
