Send Inline Images in Email

If you want to send an email with inline images in the body of the email follow this tutorial.

Steps to add Inline Images

1. Go to COMMUNICATION > EMAIL
2. Use the "Image Upload" button in the toolbar to select images from your desktop.
3. Once uploaded into the editor it will auto resize to 800px wide to reduce the email size and fit screen better.
4. Then you can manually drag the corner of images to resize further within editor and manage its alignment, caption, and optional alternative text for the image.

5. Send email and images will be embedded.

   
   

BEST PRACTICE

Do not try to add too many inline images in an email as it increase the SPAM risk score reducing deliverability.  Try to limit to 1 to 5 images max per email.  Plus, you can always add attachments for documents, etc.
