Managing/Creating Registrations

Overview:

As a club administrator or coach, you will need to create programming that people can purchase regularly.  This set of tutorials are intended to help you through the process of creating new registrations, editing them, and what you can do after registration is closed.

For creating a new registration you will need to follow these steps to ensure proper configuration:

1. Create or make sure the SEASON exists
2. Create all the WAIVERS needed for your programming, publish and lock them.
3. Create or make sure a DISCIPLINE exists that your program will live under
4. Create your PROGRAM and PRODUCT in a 2-step process
5. Save and PUBLISH.

PRO TIP:  If you are creating multiple programs at one time, make sure you have all your waivers and option sets setup in advance, so you can easily select and add to programs.  For more information, see WAIVERS or OPTION SETS.
