Create New Season & Clone Waivers

To begin a new season, e.g. Summer 2023, 2023 - 2024, you will need to create a new SEASON.  This tutorial and video will help walk you through the steps.

STEP ONE: Create Season

  1. Go to MANAGE > REGISTRATIONS
    1. Click on VIEW ALL SEASON button on top of page
  2. Click ADD NEW SEASON
  3. Name Season and choose to clone waivers from a previous season (if applicable).
    1. Select all the applicable WAIVERS you want to clone.
  4. Click CREATE SEASON
  5. This will take you to directly to the MANAGE > WAIVERS page

STEP TWO: Modify and Lock New Waivers

  1. From MANAGE > WAIVERS page, find your new waivers that were cloned
    1. The cloned WAIVERS will be in "Pending" status
  2. Click EDIT to make seasonal adjustments to each waiver, then SAVE
  3. From the the MANAGE > WAIVERS page, you can multi-select "Pending" waivers and click PUBLISH AND LOCKNOTE: Once the waiver is locked it is "Available" to add to your programs.

Archiving Old Waivers

To move an "Available" WAIVER to "Archive":

  1. Click on the NAME of the waiver
  2. Scroll to bottom and check ARCHIVED
  3. Click UPDATE

STEP THREE: Create New Disciplines

  1. Once your waivers and complete, return to MANAGE > REGISTRATION
    1. Click on VIEW ALL SEASON button on top of page
  2. Select specific SEASON
  3. ADD DISCIPLINE

That's it!  Now you're ready for adding or cloning programs.
