Setup Email Templates
Overview: Email templates can be very helpful for a club to standardize a format or simply speed up the time it takes to create an email. As a club admin, you can create full templates or just email components that staff members can use in their email content.

Creating an Email Template
NOTE: Only CLUB ADMIN can create templates.
- Go to SETTINGS > EMAIL TEMPLATES
- Click ADD EMAIL TEMPLATE
- Give it a title that will be what a staff member can select.
- Give a description Optional
- Use the text editor to setup template:
- Create components, e.g. tables, quicklinks, etc., or;
- Create full email layouts, e.g. weekly team emails, training schedules, etc.
- Click SAVE
Once the template is created it is accessible from the text editor on the COMMUNICATION > EMAIL page.

Selecting Email Templates in Editor
- Go to COMMUNICATION > EMAIL
- In the MESSAGE body select the "Template" dropdown from the toolbar
Find the element you want to add and select it.
NOTE: You can add more than one template into the editor and modify as needed.
- Send email.
